This is just a remix made by me.
Changes:
FPS friendly (replaced Ghostly Fog by Water Fog for stable framerate);
Added more trees, roads, furniture, grass and other elements of environment;
All functional NPC (except Niko, sorry diggers) now have a place to rest or place to be (no more standing in an empty zone or starting location);
Added Relic Locker behind The Manor;
Added Mercenaries spots nearby Harvest Crafting Bench.
UPD: Hideout now have four versions, depending on having certain MTX's. It now also have a MTX Free version, so go check this out!
