Its a Mini Ho for maping , nothing else.
They still need room. They count as mapping :)
Firts of all.. Niko and Einhar do not open portals in hideout , Alva and Jun portals can be opened on maps if you find them , the main function of mini hideouts useing less space and ONLY doing maps . for full function of every aspect what you need like "master portals" you need more space = not mini hideout.
